The offers displayed on SYT Medics only apply to delivery in Metropolitan France.
The prices shown on SYT Medics are in Euros (€) and include all taxes. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. SAS SYT Technologies reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.

3. ORDERING/CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail via the e-mail address you provided at the time of ordering. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for that order, we will make every effort to refund the order using the same method as the payment was made. In some cases, alternative solutions may be necessary, in which case our customer service representatives will contact you to arrange the refund.
4. DELIVERIES
4.1
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, within the authorised geographical area, to a residential address, a post office or a pick-up location. Please note that we only ship to homes or offices and not to leftover post boxes.
4.2
Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen events.
4.3
The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the articles leave our premises or those of the supplier. The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery in the presence of the employee or the deliveryman. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

5. WITHDRAWAL OF ORDER
In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the purchase of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, and thus request a refund without penalty on condition that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition to the point of sale having made the delivery. Product returns are at the buyer’s expense.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
6.1 – Credit card by STRIPE
SAS SYT Technologies offers the buyer the option of ordering and paying for its products by credit card via STRIPE. SAS SYT Technologies reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the value of the order and whether the buyer’s address details are correct. We may refuse orders depending on the outcome of these checks.

8. DISPUTES
The present conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be Nîmes.
